Britney Spears is celebrating a few small victories as two members of her conservatorship are backing away from the singer.
The 39-year-old singer is said to be feeling 'relieved' and 'hopeful' after two key members of her inner circle - manager Larry Rudolph and lawyer Samuel D. Ingham III both stepping away from her, according to E! News.
Rudolph has resigned as her manager while Ingham has asked not to represent the singer, which she thinks are, 'steps in the right direction.'

'She's finally feeling hopeful about the future. She thinks people are resigning because they know she is speaking the truth,' the insider says.
'She is relieved her attorney resigned and hopes that if she can pick her own lawyer, it means the judge is leaning towards terminating the conservatorship,' the source added.
The unnamed source added, 'She's trying to be patient and see what happens. She is happy that things are starting to happen, and that the truth has finally come out.'

Ingham filed documents with the court on Tuesday stating, 'Samuel D. Ingham III hereby resigns as court-appointed counsel for Britney Jean Spears, conservatee, effective upon the appointment of new court-appointed counsel.'
No reason was given for why Ingham, and his firm, Loeb & Loeb, is asking to stop representing the pop star.
Ingham has served as her attorney since the conservatorship was started back in 2008.

Rudolph announced his resignation as her manager on Monday, after serving as her manager for the past 25 years.
The statement he released revealed that his resignation stemmed from Spears' intentions to officially, 'retire' from performing.
'It has been over 2 1/2 years since Britney and I last communicated, at which time she informed me she wanted to take an indefinite work hiatus,' Rudolph said in a letter to co-conservators Jamie Spears and the court-appointed Jodi Montgomery.

'Earlier today, I became aware that Britney had been voicing her intention to officially retire,' he added.
'As her manager, I believe it is in Britney’s best interest for me to resign from her team as my professional services are no longer needed,' Rudolph continued.
While Ingham and Rudolph are stepping down, Montgomery indicated on Tuesday that she still intends to handle Spears' medical records and personal affairs.
The singer's father, Jamie Spears, will remain in charge of her finances, though financial firm Bessemer Trust asked last week to step down, leaving Jamie solely in charge of her finances.
